Security of Payment

To ensure cash flow for contractors and sub-contractors, the new amended Victorian Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002 provides entitlements to payments and stringent obligations for parties to respond within tight timelines.

Ed provides advice and assists in the preparation of payment claims, drafting payment schedules, preparing adjudication application, drafting adjudication responses, and adjudication review applications and response submissions.

Ed is also an accredited Adjudicator with Adjudicate Today and can be appointed under the Act to provide adjudication determination and review adjudication.
